It seems that we, libraries, need to "start with an Internet service-centric perspective" and "move to the network level" in order to keep pace with user expectations.
There's not much new here really, but food for thought nonetheless.

The paper from Clara is interesting but not much new. I solicited input from librarians here at EKU about a next generation library catalog and have been getting great comments. Mainly, to make me aware but if you would like I can share them.
